? Take part in company trainings/Camps to learn CAPC core value, CLE, Organization Structure and BU functions
? Practice in different FSQR functions to get familiar with different operations
? Have job rotation in different FSQR functions and actively involved in function daily work with accountability.
? Proactively to participate training activities
? Proactively learn Cargill FSQR system knowledge include Cargill Food Safety Policy Manual and related FS/Q management system skill to become professional.
? Prepare and deliver evaluation presentation periodically.
? Based on successful evaluation, take part in assigned department’s on job trainings and fulfill training targets
? Work closely with mentors to learn professional knowledge
? Take responsibility in daily job from manager assigned and dilever result to meet position requirement.
? Participate projects assigned by mentors

Minimum Required Qualifications
? Master degree in food safety and quality related fields.
? No requirement
? Rich knowledge in food safety and quality, fluent in English writing, reading, basic verbal English capability is required.
? Master degree in food safety and quality related fields,.
? Experience as Food plant intern is preferred.
? Knowledge of Food safety and quality management system i.e. FSSC22K, ISO22K, HACCP, ISO9K are preferred.
